Everyone can benefit from the knowledge found in this course.
Those around you will benefit from the balanced and positive approach you will be spreading through the new tuning of your thoughts and awareness. CBT Course Feedback

I had always found counselling, and how the brain works, very interesting but had never really pursued it until Kathy was unable to complete her Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) course and I took it over.
I had recently had a bad time at work, which resulted in having counselling myself, so I grabbed the chance to do the course as it would help me, if nothing else. I thoroughly enjoyed the subject and, upon successful completion, I actually felt that I had achieved something important for my future.
I have not looked back and now I am actually working with my ‘first client’ and feel that I am doing something worthwhile with my life and have just enrolled on the Psychotherapy & Counselling course as this is the direction I want my life to go in.
The course has provided all the tools that I need and is very much a tangible qualification for working as a Therapist.

I really enjoyed working on the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy course. I am finding the other courses just as enjoyable too. They have been beneficial to the work that I do, and I have already put into practice what I have learnt.
This type of distance learning suits me because I can choose when I work on the modules.

I use CBT in school with sixth-form children having mainly eating disorders and anger issues. This course has been invaluable in structuring the approach to practical work. The methods described do actually work and I feel they have really enhanced the lives of a number of children who would otherwise have been labelled difficult or disruptive. Many thanks for a really amazing course.
