Email service providers block email to protect you from unwanted or malicious email such as scams and spam. But commonly they mistake email you do want for email that you don’t.
If you unblock or whitelist an email address or domain name, mail from that address will be more likely to get through. We highly recommend doing this to make sure the emails we send you are delivered straight to your ‘Inbox’ and not your ‘Junk Mail Folder’.
You can achieve this in a few different ways:
- Add our address to your Contact List
- Mark messages in your Junk Folder as ‘Not Spam’ or ‘Safe’
- Create a filter or add our domain to your Safe Senders list
As a student we recommend you add either “selfstudy@naturalhealthcourses.com” or “tutored@naturalhealthcourses.com” to your email Address Book/Contact List whichever applies to the study method you have chosen.
