Being self-aware and recognising the symptoms of anxiety in the early stages, is an important check for preventing a nervous breakdown, or worse.

When fear holds us back, we miss out on so much. We become prisoners, setting limits which needn’t be there. We become stressed and our whole body suffers as a consequence.
