More and more the swing is towards a non medical holistic approach to stress.  This course expands the information and techniques of the foundation course. It also discusses the use of additional holistic therapies (that may also be studied and added to a portfolio) to use in a practice – giving great benefit to client’s, improving their sense of well-being and helping to restore their physical and mental health.

As the pace of life accelerates, so does the Stress Factor and as many as 60% of visits to Doctors are attributed to Stress Problems. Therefore it is easy to see why Stress Therapy is in demand and can be developed into a rewarding and worthwhile career.
